Scholarship Application

As a Collective, we offer scholarships to mamas experiencing financial hardships. These scholarships are for childbirth education classes and/or doula support services. This application does not guarantee you will qualify for a scholarship due to the limited number of scholarships available. We are looking forward to learning more about you and your story.
