Missed Class Policy

If you must miss a class due to illness or extenuating circumstances, you have three options to make up the class.

1. Take the class you missed in the next session we offer. There will be a $25 fee charged to move attendance of the class to the next session.

2. Schedule a private Zoom or in person session with one of our instructors for an additional fee for $150

3. Attend class via LIVE Zoom. **For Beginnings Birth Center clients, this option is NOT available unless you are given special permission by the midwives.**

If you choose not to make up the class, there will be no refund and Beginnings Birth Center clients will not receive a certificate of completion for the course/class.

We understand that life happens! Please do not hesitate to reach out and coordinate a plan that best works for you. The more communication the better.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the event that you need to cancel attending a course or class that you are signed up for, a minimum of 1 week notice before the course or class start date must be given in order to receive a refund minus 15% admin fee. If a cancellation is made less than 1 week from the course or class start date, a refund will NOT be given. Our classes reach maximum capacity quickly. Therefore, because you reserved yourself a spot that another couple is not able to take at such late notice, we are NOT able to provide a refund. If you are unable to complete the course/class due to unforeseen circumstances, you will not receive a refund.
