Missed Class & Cancellation Policies
Missed Class Policy
If you must miss a class due to illness or extenuating circumstances, you have three options to make up the class.
1. Take the class you missed in the next session we offer. There will be a $10 fee charged to move attendance of the class to the next session.
2. Schedule a private Zoom session with one of our instructors for an additional fee for $75
3. Attend class via LIVE Zoom. **For Beginnings Birth Center clients, this option is NOT available for our Comfort Measures class, Newborn care class, or Breastfeeding class unless you are given special permission by the midwives.

If you choose not to make up the class, there will be no refund and Beginnings Birth Center clients will not receive a certificate of completion for the course/class.

We understand that life happens! Please do not hesitate to reach out and coordinate a plan that best works for you. The more communication the better.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
In the event that you need to cancel attending a course or class that you are signed up for, a refund will be given if notice is given greater than 1 week before the course or class start date. If a cancellation is made less than 1 week from the course or class start date, a refund will NOT be given. Our classes reach maximum capacity quickly. Therefore, because you reserved yourself a spot that another couple is not able to take at such late notice, we are NOT able to provide a refund.

In the event that your birthing day happens before the completion of the course or class that you are signed up for, the team will reach out to you individually to determine the refund amount that will be given.
